A user is any individual with login credentials to the Otalytix platform. Each user gets their own workspace, saved analyses, and personalized alerts. We don't count shared report viewers as users.

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time and your new features activate immediately. If you need to downgrade, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All your data and analyses are preserved across plan changes.

Otalytix currently offers specialized suites for Ophthalmology, Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, and Cardiometabolic disease. Each suite includes curated data sources, evaluation frameworks, and competitive intelligence specific to that therapeutic area. Enterprise customers can request custom therapeutic area configurations.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance. Enterprise customers can opt for on-premise deployment or dedicated cloud instances. Your proprietary documents and analyses are never shared or used to train AI models.

Professional plans include read-only API access for integrating Otalytix insights into your existing workflows. Enterprise plans include full API access with write capabilities, webhooks, and custom integration support. API documentation is available upon request.
